IMPORTANT! Please carefully read these sweepstakes rules (hereinafter,
“SWEEPSTAKES Rules”) before entering the Rosati’s Pizza Enterprises, Inc., IL sweepstakes. These rules affect your legal rights and obligations.
No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. Additional entries may be earned by referring a friend with a verified email address. No purchase will improve your chances of winning.
Eligibility:
The “Rosati’s Pizza Enterprises, Inc. IL Sweepstakes” (hereinafter, the “Sweepstake”) is a promotional event open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstake Rules, in conjunction with the Rosati’s Pizza Enterprises, Inc., with the principal location of 524 W. State St., Ste A, Geneva, IL 60134 (hereinafter, “Sponsor” or “Rosati’s”) Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstake. Winning the prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Sponsor reserves the sole and absolute discretion to cancel the Sweepstake at any time and for any reason.
No employee (including their immediate family and household members) of Rosati’s or its affiliates is eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
The Sponsor may refuse to accept any entry that violates federal, state, or local law, ordinance, or regulation. Additionally, they may disqualify any customer who is providing invalid information, barred, excluded, or otherwise not lawfully able to participate, including individuals listed on the Statewide Self-Exclusion List or the Illinois Gaming Board’s Casino Barred Exclusion List. These individuals will not be eligible to participate in the Sweepstake or win the Prize.
By entering this Sweepstake, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against Rosati’s and its parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, members, employees, and agents for any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, or deaths resulting from their participation in this Sweepstake.
Prize Sponsor:
The prize sponsor of the Sweepstake Prize is Circa Resort & Casino, located at 1 Fremont Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101 (“Prize Sponsor” or “Circa Resort & Casino”).
Timing:
This Sweepstake period begins on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CST. All entries must be submitted by this deadline.
Rosati’s., is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, server unavailability, computer malfunctions, or human errors related to this Sweepstake. All references to time of day refer to Chicago, Illinois, time.
How to Enter:
During the Sweepstake Period, customers must sign up for Rosati’s Rewards via the form entry at
Each entrant is limited to one (1) entry throughout the Sweepstake Period. However, customers can earn an additional one (1) entry for referring a friend with a valid email address.
Once an eligible entry has been made, the Sponsor will provide each entrant with a confirmation. By submitting a Sweepstake entry form, an entrant acknowledges that they are an “Official Entrant” and the only one authorized to collect any prizes. They also acknowledge that by providing their phone number they agree to participate in the rewards program and to be contacted through this number as part of the program.
Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one entry per sweepstakes such as using multiple email addresses, identities, or other methods, will void all entries by that entrant and may result in disqualification from the Sweepstake and/or disqualification from future events, from all future sweepstakes offered by the Sponsor, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any submitted alias for any reason.
Rosati’s shall not be held responsible for any technical difficulties, malfunctions, or any other unforeseen issues related to the use of the Rosati’s website. Technical malfunctions to the Rosati’s website shall not extend or change the Sweepstake Period under any circumstances.
A random drawing will be held within 7 days after the termination of the Sweepstake Period to select at least one (1) eligible entrant per participating restaurant (70 total) as the winner (hereinafter, the “Winner”). The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries. Remaining valid entries will not carry over to any future sweepstakes or promotions held by the Sponsor.
The Prize:
The Prize: The one (1) selected Winner will receive a voucher for a Circa Resort & Casino room package, which includes a Stadium Swim® daybed reservation with a $0 minimum spend accommodating up to (6) persons ($500.00). Additionally, the Winner will receive one round of drinks at Legacy Club Rooftop Cocktail accommodating two (2) persons ($30.00), and one (1) standard king reservation during the midweek day of the Winner’s choice (excluding major event days), valued collectively at $1,030.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize”). However, certain restrictions may apply, subject to availability. Circa Resort & Casino shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the award or use of the Prize.
The Prize cannot be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. Cash or a substitute prize requests are not permitted, but the Prize Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if it’s unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The Winner is solely responsible for all other costs and expenses not explicitly covered by Prize Sponsor, including meals, beverages, gratuities, taxes, hotel incidentals, excursions, fees, surcharges, service charges, transportation expenses, departure and airport taxes, passport fees, visa fees, security fees, and transfers or ground transportation, including taxis. The Winner may be required to present a valid credit card at check-in.
The Winner must adhere to all applicable requirements and restrictions related to the prize, such as the specified travel dates, travel documentation, reservation and confirmation procedures, and any other relevant guidelines.
After a seven-day verification period, the Winner’s identity will be publicly announced, and the Winner will receive notification via their email address provided in the entry form. Winner agrees to be photographed as a winner, which photo may be reproduced and shared on Rosati’s and Circa Resorts websites and social media platforms.
Eligibility:
The Sweepstake results will be officially declared on February 17, 2025, and payouts will be distributed accordingly. In case Rosati’s encounters difficulties in verifying the Winner’s eligibility, the Prize will be forfeited and randomly awarded to an alternate winner from among the remaining valid entries. Any disputes will be decided by Rosati’s management. All decisions will be final.
Rosati’s reserves the right to disqualify any individual from receiving the Prize based on management’s suspicion of fraud, dishonesty, violation of Sweepstake rules, or any other misconduct related to the Sweepstake.
By accepting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges and releases and holds harmless Rosati’s., its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/ promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, along with their respective parent companies, officers, directors, managers, members, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”). The Released Parties are absolved from any claims or causes of action, including personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising from participation in the Sweepstake or receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize.
The value of the Prize won by the Winner may be subject to taxation under applicable federal, state, and/or local laws as income to the Winner. If applicable, the Sponsor will provide the Winner with the necessary IRS Forms W-9 and 1099-MISC. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees associated with the Prize. Upon receiving the Prize, the Winner must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
By entering the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by
law, each entrant agrees to grant Rosati’s unconditional permission to use their name and likeness/image for any promotional material.
Advertising and/or announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or further consent are prohibited.
Rosati’s management has sole and absolute discretion to determine the content of any promotional material.
General Conditions
Sweepstake Rules:
A copy of these Sweepstake Rules and any changes will be available at
throughout the duration of this Sweepstake. All decisions regarding the interpretation of these Sweepstake Rules, eligibility, and other related matters are solely within the absolute discretion of Rosati’s management, whose decisions shall be final.
Choice of Law:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Sweepstake Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstake, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
Dispute Resolution:
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstake, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected to this Sweepstake, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), held at the AAA regional office nearest to the entrant. The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings of such arbitration.
Judgment upon any award resulting from such arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances shall an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
Whether based on negligence or otherwise, including attorneys’ fees, except for the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstake), and the entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Force Majeure:
As used herein, a “Force Majeure” event shall mean any cause or occurrence not within Rosati’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, or other public health emergency, earthquake, explosion, hurricane, terrorist threat or activity, governmental order of temporary casino closure, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court. In the event of a Force Majeure, Rosati’s may reschedule the Sweepstake or cancel it altogether.
Severability:
If any provision(s) of these Sweepstakes Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
Rosati’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to supplement or make changes to these Official Rules.
Social Media Disclosure:
Although this Sweepstakes may be advertised on Facebook and Instagram, YouTube, or other social media platforms owned by Rosati’s or Circa Resort & Casino, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any
other social media platform. Entrants are providing their information to the Sponsors, not to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform. The information an entrant provides will only be used by Rosati’s and its agents. By entering, entrants are releasing Facebook, X, Instagram, or YouTube from any and all responsibilities implied or provided by Rosati’s
